Many in our collective have received World Press Photo, Ellie, McArthur, Peabody, Pulitzer, and Prix Pictet honors. 

We have presented work at the most prestigious and highly regarded forums globally to include New York University, Annenberg Space, Aperture, International Center for Photography, National Geographic, Visa pour l’image, Bronx Documentary Center, Frontline Club, Museum of Contemporary Photography, top university journalism programs and medical schools internationally.

The physicians who have contributed essays and portraits to "SOME PEOPLE" have expertise in Human and Nonhuman Animal Rights, Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, Infectious Diseases, Harm Prevention, Additction Prevention, Primary Care, Trauma Reduction and End of Life. They frequently publish about One Health, Just Learning Cultures, Accountability,  Fear of Reprisal Free Cultures and the urgent need to enact Single Payer legislation in the United States.
